Returns
All Intercontinental Cables Ltd products are covered against material and manufacturing defects. We will require both photographic and written evidence of any claim for faulty or substandard products and we may require the Customer to return the items in question to us for inspection and evaluation. Should a product be found to be substandard, faulty or not fit for purpose we will either refund or replace the item. We do not cover products for damage, caused intentionally or accidentally, by the Customer or the Customer’s agent.
Delivery Information
Delivery will be by a registered carrier and the costs will be advised either on the quote or at the point of order . Deliveries will generally require to be signed for. We will make clear the cost of shipping, the expected delivery time (including any additional manufacturing or processing time that is required) and the company used to make the delivery at the point of dispatch. We are not set up for Customer Collections or to use a Customer nominated shipping company. Delivery will normally be booked following payment unless a business account has been agreed and set up.
